Concerning our quality and safety we were rated above average.
Evaluating our infrastructure it was recognized that handicapped patients have trouble with the stairs at the entrance. However, we were always able to help wheelchair users promptly.
Information on display, for example our brochure, was positively evaluated. Medical information sheets are available –they are of good quality and are up to date.
Our availability was said to be satisfying. In most cases we are able to arrange a fitting appointment with our patients. To optimize that aspect, we extended our opening hours on Thursdays until 8 pm. In addition, there is the possibility to arrange your appointments via "Terminland" online from now on.
Most of patients are fine with our waiting times. Please be prepared for 20 to 30 minutes of waiting time. Our aim is that your appointment for a regular checkup may not take longer than 60 minutes.
To reduce the waiting times, we can only offer a limited number of appointments per day. That is why it is sometimes necessary to plan 4 to 6 weeks in advance. We always take care into account the acuteness of your need for an examination. When you arrange an appointment please let us know about your medical condition and complaints, so that we can plan your appointment well.
Emergencies coming in, as well as complex or unexpected circumstances as a result of an examination can cause extended waiting times for other patients. Although this may not be ideal for those who are waiting, we will always take the time to take care of you in an emergency.
